In accident cases we charge no attorney fee unless we win an award or settlement for our client.  Our fee is generally 1/3 of the settlement amount. 

The fee does not include costs such as but not limited to:

file fees, photo fees, marshal service fees and expert testimony fees.  However no costs are incurred unless the client approves of the charge.

For General litigation matters  fee can be paid on a monthly basis if we so agree.  Generally a retainer is required.
